On this occasion we will receive a national researcher, that during his career he has perfected himself in important international institutions.

Dr. Jose Vicencio is a Pharmaceutical Chemist from the University of Chile, 2004, completed his undergraduate thesis at CEMC with Dr. Sergio Lavandero and Dr. Henry Jaimovich. He then completed a PhD in Pharmacology at UCH and in parallel a PhD in Oncology, at Université Paris Sud-XI. France, working with Guido Kroemer.

Subsequently, I am a post-doctoral fellow at University College London, in various topics combining cardiology, immunology, oncology, Biomarkers, clinical studies and transnational medicine.

Currently, works at AztraZeneca in Cambridge, UK where he serves as Associate Director in Cardiovascular Safety.
