Through a video conference with the host of the program "We want in Talca" Sixto González of TV Maulinos, the doctor, epidemiologist and ACCDIS collaborator Andrea Huidobro commented that one of the aspects that worries her within the health crisis is education "as an academic at the Catholic University of Maule, we are concerned about how we reach and educate the population".

With regard to the projection of Talca and in the Maule region before the spread of the virus, the doctor commented that this situation is very dynamic, because it is a totally new virus everything is continuously changing, however regarding the behavior in the population, referred to a study conducted by a PhD student at UC Chile, who made a projection regarding the numbers that were in Europe, throwing that in April they would have about 43.000 infected in Chile, but for the date, fortunately, it did not reach even 5000 infected "This gives lights that the country is behaving relatively well and currently we can say that in Talca the curve is among the flattest, is a population that was alerted in time, reacted and remains vigilant", emphasized the epidemiologist.
