So long Iva Polakovicova

On behalf of all researchers, ACCDiS staff, friends and escorts of our scientist Iva Polakovicova (Q.E.P.D), his death is reported on October 12, 2020.

With deep sorrow, we convey our most heartfelt condolences, solidarity and strength to their families, friends and colleagues.

Iva has been part of ACCDiS since 2015, when he came in to do his postdoctoral. During this time he showed us his enthusiasm, excellence and passion for science, we saw her grow up as a researcher and as a person. For five years he supported the development of research, scientific outreach and accompanied us in each of the challenges we plated.

With great pain we say goodbye to a magnificent mother, daughter and scientist who today lost humanity. It was God's will to turn her supernova into the heavenly alcobe, leaving the earthly world for being very special We will always remind you of Iva Polakovicova!
