Resumen:
Personalized medicine pursue the appropriate identification of the patient-therapy relationship. This implies several assumptions about this pair. For instance we will need to perform accurate diagnosis (i.e class, risk or outcome predictions), we will have to appropriately characterize our population, thus compare it with other cohorts. All these unsolved topics are crucial for personalized medicine to succeed. Here we will present new approaches that we are currently developing to fulfill this gap and their application on Breast Cancer characterization and biomarker identification.
