We invite researchers from different areas of science and/or professionals in the area of technology and innovation to be part of this initiative.

The Scientific Evaluation Committee (CCE) will be the body in charge of evaluating the admissible applications and the oral presentation of the participating teams of the Explora RM Norte Regional Congress. It will be composed of researchers associated with a public or private institution committed to scientific and technological development (universities, research centres, technology centers, enterprises, NGOs, etc.).

The CCE, you will not be able to be integrated by professionals of the Explora Program or members of PAR teams. In addition, no member of the CCE may have been a scientific advisor to any of the projects participating in the Congress.

Interested parties may participate in the following evaluation modalities:

  • Written report (submitted for the nomination to Congress (pre-selection stage).
  • Oral presentation face-to-face modality (congress stage).
  • Written report and oral presentation in person.

For the members of the CCE, a training day will be held that will provide the necessary tools for the evaluation process of the school research of the Explora RM Norte Regional Congress.

What is the Explora Regional Congress of School Research and Innovation?

It is a space of socialization, where students from 5th year of basic education to 4th year of secondary education, of public establishments, subsidized individuals, paid individuals, other entities (foundations, universities, or other related where school research and innovation is carried out) and teams that are in "learning at home" mode, present the results of their research and school innovation projects. At the same time it is a space to share knowing and interacting with other children, girls and adolescents from different localities and contexts. In addition, the Regional Congress is the instance for the selection of the teams that will represent the educational communities in the Explora National Congress of School Research and Innovation.

Who can participate?

Researchers from different areas of the natural sciences, social sciences, arts and humanities that possess a master's or doctoral degree in their areas, and/or professionals in the area of technology and innovation with or without postgraduate degrees, associated with a public or private institution committed to scientific and technological development (universities, research centres, technology centers, enterprises, NGOs, etc.).
