Our heart contracts and allows blood to flow through our circulatory system by bringing oxygen and nutrients to the rest of the tissues.
The force of gravity propels the body's fluids to the lower limbs, situation that is normal and for which our heart is adapted. On the other hand, in space this force decreases and then we are in a situation of microgravity. What happens in these conditions to the heart?
