PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT OF POSITION – POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWSHIPS ACCDiS 2019
The Advanced Center for Chronic Diseases (ACCDiS ), FONDAP Project, whose objective is to understand and prevent chronic diseases (cancer and cardiovascular diseases), has openings for postdoctoral fellows. Applications are open to Chileans and foreigners. The objective is to provide initial funding, so selected candidates can apply to CONICYT/FONDECYT for support by the Postdoctoral Program.

- Metabolic signaling in heart failure
- Gender-related differences in heart failure
- Tumor cell biology and inflammation
- Epigenomic landscapes in gastric cáncer
- Gallbladder cancer natural history
- Nanomedicine and chemical science for diagnosis and therapy of cancer and cardiovascular diseases
The ACCDiS scholarships will begin on May 1, 2019 and last until April 30th 2020. These fellowships may be renewed under specific conditions for a second year.
Applications can be submitted from December 10, 2018 to March 15, 2019 (including both dates) and must include a motivation letter, Curriculum Vitae, certification of the PhD degree, an advanced level English proficiency certificate and three letters of recommendation.
